SHIPPING
All UK domestic orders will ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, and all international orders will ship via Royal Mail International Tracked and signed for. Shipping lead times are between 5 - 9 working days from the shipping date. Your parcel will need a signature when it's received, so please ensure someone is present to receive the goods and provide a signature. Please get in touch with your local post office if you have any concerns regarding your package location. Custom taxes may apply in certain countries, and customers are responsible for taxes and duties.

Please remove your jewellery before any manual tasks like cleaning or gardening to prevent physical damage or exposure to chemicals or cleaning fluids.
Most cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes and lotions can contain chemicals that can often damage jewellery. Putting jewellery on after applying these materials will limit exposure to jewellery and any potential damage.
Please remove your jewellery before entering the pool or spa as chlorine can react with the metals and gemstones causing changes in colour and structure.
Best store your jewellery in a case that prevents pieces moving. Storing each item separately to avoid becoming tangled would be preferable. To maintain the luster of your jewellery, place silver anti-tarnish strips in your case to absorb the oxidants that discolour and tarnish jewellery as gold alloys can tarnish too.
Gemstones need to be protected from heat and should not be exposed to extreme temperatures e.g. sun light or sauna, a temperature shock can cause damage. Some gem stones can fade when exposed to strong sun light, please do not unnecessarily expose to these conditions!
To clean your jewellery please immerse it in lukewarm water adding a few drops of mild soap or washing up liquid, using a soft toothbrush with very little pressure. Don’t use ultra sound as it could damage the gemstones.
